HER Docs Forum Open Call Is Now Open
HER Docs Forum is an event for women professionals working in the documentary film industry. The third edition of the Forum will take place on 1–2 October 2026 in Warsaw. Workshops and panel discussions will be led by invited experts from Poland and abroad.

We invite creators (cis and trans women and non-binary people) active in the documentary field – directors, producers, cinematographers and editors, as well as professionals working in film promotion and outreach. If you are not currently working in any of these areas, tell us a little about yourself and why you would like to take part in the Forum.
The detailed programme and full list of panellists will be sent to participants and published at herdocs.pl.
Participation is free of charge, but the number of places is limited. To apply, please fill in and submit the form below by 20 September.
With creators who combine professional work with motherhood in mind, we offer support with childcare to those who would like to attend the Forum. Please indicate your need for childcare in the application form (in the section on your motivation for participating), along with your child’s age. Before the event, we will get in touch to discuss possible childcare arrangements together.

Confirmation of participation will be sent as soon as possible, and no later than 22 September 2026.
The event will be held in English.
The Forum is organised as part of the HER Docs Film Festival (1–6 October 2026, Warsaw).
